When we first started, we weren’t charging enough. It’s tough to know your worth early on, but now we confidently price our services to reflect the value we bring to the table.

Lack of Communication
We’ve learned that clear, consistent communication is key. Setting expectations with our clients upfront and keeping them updated along the way has made all the difference.

Saying Yes to Everything
We used to say yes to every opportunity, thinking it was the key to growth. What we’ve realized? Saying “no” to the wrong projects has allowed us to focus on what truly matters and grow more efficiently.

Relying on Word of Mouth
We assumed great work would market itself. Spoiler alert: it didn’t. Now, we’re intentional about our marketing efforts and making sure our message reaches the right people.

No Boundaries = Burnout
In the beginning, we didn’t set enough boundaries. It led to burnout and a lack of balance. Now, we’re more intentional about guarding our personal time and prioritizing work-life balance.
